Roza is the Executive Chef of six Louisville Metro/Southern Indiana restaurants which she co-owns with her husband Juan Segoviano. Their family of restaurants include: Senor Iguanas Restaurantes Mexicanos, La Catrina Mexican Kitchen, El Catrin Mexican Kitchen, La Catrina Tacos & Tequila and Sleepy Rooster Morning Kitchen. She lives in southern Indiana with her husband, three children and a very needy puppy.
